Can I cancel my membership at any time?
You can terminate your membership at any time through your account. After cancellation, the benefits remain active until the end of the already paid annual period. After that, your membership ends and the perks expire.
Do I have to pay a deposit?

Well deposit - Without membership: Another member? Then you pay a 100 euro deposit when booking your packraft. This deposit will be fully refunded if everything is returned undamaged. Any damage will be deducted from your deposit.

No deposit - With membership (€ 2.50 per month):
As a member of the community, you pay no deposit and are also insured for damages up to 100 euros. So you really go on a carefree adventure!
Our packraft Trails are carefully crafted routes designed specifically for packraft adventurers. Each trail shows you the finest waterways, from calm ponds to challenging rapids, fully equipped with detailed map layers and waypoints. As a paying member, you get full access to the GPX files of all Packraft Trails, so you can easily download them and load them into your navigation app for offline use.
When you select a trail, an interactive route map appears where you can zoom in and out to view the entire trail. That way you can see exactly where you board, what turns you make and where the best docking spots are. The route map helps you prepare: you know in advance how long the trip is, what difficulties you might encounter and where you might want to stop or stay overnight. Finally, with one click you can download the corresponding GPX file, packed with waypoints and track points, to seamlessly load your trip into your navigation app or GPS device.
No, you only pay the annual membership fee. Note that rental fees and shipping costs are charged separately.
You can always upgrade through your account settings. Downgrading is possible only when your annual subscription has expired.
