Morning<\/b> We kick off with a brief briefing in which we lay the groundwork for a safe and educational experience. After explaining packraft techniques and safety protocols, we start with a hike where The Outdoor Service deploys connective exercises that promote team cohesion. This hike is the perfect warm-up for what is to come. <\/span><\/p>

Afternoon<\/b> After lunch in nature, we dive into the water for the first team assignment. This is where real cooperation comes in: communicating as a group about the route, supporting each other from your own raft and setting the course together. The trip is interspersed with moments of reflection in which De Buitenendienst helps the team become aware of their cooperation patterns. <\/span><\/p>

Morning<\/b> The second day starts with a morning routine in nature: a silence walk or breathing exercise that helps to start the day focused and aware. During the packraft expedition, we introduce alternating leadership within the team. Each team member gets a chance to take charge while The Outdoors observes and coaches on leadership skills. <\/span><\/p>

We intentionally confront teams with obstacles, both literally on the water and figuratively in coaching assignments. How do you deal with setbacks? How do you maintain an overview under pressure? These questions come up naturally and are directly utilized for learning processes. <\/span><\/p>

Afternoon<\/b> After lunch and an initial review, we dive into an intensive team workshop. Here we translate to the work context: how do you apply the lessons learned when working together under pressure, taking ownership and showing flexibility?
