Rent a Packraft

At Rent a Packraft, safety is paramount. We have strict policies to protect children from abuse, exploitation and inappropriate behavior within our app and services.

1. Zero tolerance with respect to CSAE

Rent a Packraft strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

Sexual content involving minors
Grooming or attempted sexual communication with minors
Sharing, storing or distributing child sexual abuse images (CSAM)
Approaching minors with sexual or suggestive intentions

Violations of this policy will result in immediate action, including blocking or termination of accounts and – where required by law – reporting to appropriate authorities.

2. Age Policy

Rent a Packraft’s services and app are not intended for children. Minors are not allowed to use features that allow communication with other users.

3. Reporting abuse or inappropriate behavior

Users can easily report suspected abuse, inappropriate behavior or CSAE:

Through the in-app notification feature
Or via email to our dedicated security contact

All reports are investigated confidentially, seriously and as quickly as possible.

4. Handling of CSAM

When there are signs or confirmation of CSAM:

Is the affected content immediately removed
Are affected accounts blocked or terminated
Does Rent a Packraft act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including reporting obligations to competent authorities
