Company packrafting: strengthen your team on the water

Company team enjoys lunch break after active packraft day
More and more organizations are discovering it: the power of nature to bring people closer together. No standard company outing or forced team building, but a day full of real experiences. Company packrafting is adventurous, refreshing and connecting. And above all: suitable for virtually any team. At Rent a Packraft, we offer organizations the opportunity to let go of daily routines and get out on the water together. The result? More confidence, better communication and, above all, lots of fun.

Why packrafting with your company?

A packraft adventure is not your average getaway. It is a combination of nature, action and freedom, without complicated planning. This makes it perfect for teams looking for more than just a fun day.

  • 1. Collaborate without effort
Packrafting invites collaboration. Without having to. Who helps the other get in? Who navigates? During the trip, moments of coordination, support and laughter with each other arise automatically.
  • 2. Outside the comfort zone
Stepping out of the familiar work environment creates space for new insights. And often for new connections within the team.
  • 3. No experience required
Our routes are accessible and require no prior knowledge. A normal level of fitness is sufficient. We provide clear instructions and guidance where needed.
  • 4. Flexible and customized
Whether you want to go out for half a day or an entire weekend, we tailor the adventure to your needs. Including equipment, optional meals, guides or even overnight stays.

Packrafting for businesses

Packrafting is a mix of hiking and paddling with a lightweight inflatable raft. You carry the raft in a backpack during a short hike, inflate it at the water’s edge, and continue the route while paddling.

For companies, this means: low-threshold adventure in nature, where everyone can participate at their own pace. No standard programs, but real outdoor experiences.

Want to know more about the sport itself? Then read our separate explanation page: history of packrafting.

How does a company outing at Rent a Packraft work?

We take all the worries out of your hands. This is what an average booking looks like:

  • 1. You choose one of our locations in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg or Austria
  • 2. We recommend an itinerary that suits your group
  • 3. We provide materials, equipment, briefing and, if desired, extras such as food or guides
    4. You go on an adventure

From reception to completion: everything is taken care of. No stress, no organization hassles. Just on the road together.

Real stories from companies

“A remote company from Amsterdam chose a two-day packraft route in the Eifel as its very first physical team day. A creative agency from Antwerp went for a day trip on the Sûre River, including lunch along the way. The reactions? One big smile and stories that stick around the office.
